When consigning with us we aim to deliver a service that's authentic, professional, and convenient, welcoming obscure and trendy brands alike. Our collection encompasses a wide range of items for all genders, including clothing, footwear, handbags, jewelry, hats, and more!
Condition: Items must be clean, gently used, and free of damage (stains, tears, odors, missing parts, etc.).
Styles: We specialize in thrift and vintage clothing, accessories, and unique items from all eras. Modern, vintage, and trending styles are preferred.
Seasonality: Items must align with current or upcoming seasonal demand. For example, winter coats in fall or summer dresses in spring.
Brands: Designer labels, unique vintage pieces, and popular thrift-friendly brands are prioritized.
Consignors will receive 40% of the final sale price, with Stoxx Thrift and Vintage retaining 60% as a consignment fee.
Payouts are made monthly. NO STORE CREDITS
All items are priced by the consignor, we suggest to price items based on market trends, quality, and demand and aim to set competitive prices that benefit both consignors and our store.
Items will remain on sale for 30 days. Item not sold after the 30 day period are automatically discounted with prior notification.
After the consignment period ends, unsold items will be returned to the consignor or donated. A reminder will be sent for pick-up within 7 days before items are donated.
Payouts will be processed once the item is sold and the sale is finalized.
Consignors are responsible for providing up-to-date contact and payment details.

Walk-ins are subject to availability and mall hours.
Unaccepted items will be returned immediately after evaluation.
Customers are requested to not leave their items at/outside the store. Items without a name or proper contact information will be donated/disposed off.
All items remain the property of the consignor until sold.
Stoxx Thrift and Vintage is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to items while in our possession.
We do not accept counterfeit goods, items in poor condition, or items that violate local laws.
