- We Send Private Pricing. Once reviewed, we provide pricing and options directly — this is never published publicly.
- Confirm Your Order. We finalize quantities, pricing and shipping, then send your invoice.
- Receive Your Order. After payment is received we ship out your order!

Is there a minimum order?
Minimum quantities depend on the wholesale category. Thrift clothing is available in 100 lb quantities, and Container orders are built around 40-ft loads. Submit an inquiry and we'll confirm the minimum for the category you need.
Can I choose specific categories or a custom mix?
Currently there are no options to mix categories. Or combine multiple into a 100lb bale
How does pricing work?
Pricing is not published publicly and depends on category, quantity and shipping destination. After you submit an inquiry, our wholesale team reviews your request and follows up directly with private pricing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we export worldwide! Shipping costs and estimated timelines vary by destination and are confirmed as part of your quote.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your destination, order size, and bale/container quantity. You'll always know the cost before you commit to an order.
Can I see the items before purchase?
Wholesale used clothing orders contain assorted inventory unless the quote specifically states otherwise. Photos may be provided as examples, but exact brands, colours, styles and sizes cannot be guaranteed in wholesale orders.
Are wholesale orders refundable?
Wholesale inventory is prepared specifically for each order. Buyers must review and approve the order details, category, quantity and cost terms before payment. The order is non-refundable once payment has been received
Are the branded items new, and is Stoxx affiliated with those brands?
No. Any branded merchandise you recieve consists of pre-owned/second-hand goods. Stoxx is not affiliated with or endorsed by the respective brands.
Do you sell to other thrift stores?
Yes. Our wholesale division is specifically designed to serve thrift stores, vintage stores, resellers, online sellers, distributors and international buyers.
Can I get a current wholesale price list?
We don't publish a public price list. Submit a wholesale inquiry and our team will follow up directly with current inventory.
